1. Booking Policy

By booking a vehicle with MBD Taxi Services, you confirm that the information provided (pickup point, destination, and time) is accurate. All service requests are subject to the availability of vehicles at the requested time.

• Bookings should be made at least 2 hours in advance for local city travel.
• For airport transfers and outstation trips, we recommend booking 12-24 hours in advance.
• MBD Taxi reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen vehicle issues.

2. Fare & Payment Structure

We pride ourselves on being the most transparent taxi service in Moradabad. Our pricing rules are:

• Additional Charges: Toll taxes, state permits, and parking fees are extra and must be paid by the passenger.
• Night Surcharge: Trips between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM may attract a driver allowance or night charge.
• Flexible Payments: We accept Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), and online transfers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

• Free Cancellation: No charges if cancelled 4 hours before the pickup time.
• Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 2 hours of the pickup, a small convenience fee may be charged to compensate the driver.
• No-Show: If the passenger is not present at the pickup location and is unreachable, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and a base fare will be applicable.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

For the safety of our drivers and the maintenance of our fleet:

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings. MBD Taxi is not liable for items left behind.
• Any intentional damage to the vehicle's interior or exterior will be billed to the passenger.

5. Limitation of Liability

MBD Taxi Services will not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as heavy traffic, road blocks, extreme weather, or mechanical failures. However, in the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will strive to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
